Racer Cameron Ferre wanted to revamp his marketing materials for his Top Fuel sponsorship program. I proposed expanding his reach by creating his own brand extensions; as such, he’d show potential sponsors that he knows firsthand how to build brands. Then, sponsors could see the synergies of working with Ferre. To this end, I developed the distinct look-and-feel of the F&Co brand, extending it into a motorsport lifestyle clothing company that is based in California. The design attitude—surf life meets nitro-powered mayhem—played perfectly into Ferre’s lifestyle and provided potential sponsors with a fresh, youthful take for an up-and-coming racing audience.
